Larger-than-life heroes, an emotional storyline and sweeping landscapes made Kubo And The Two Strings an instant fan favorite. Yet even the best of movies need precisely executed multi-channel campaigns to drive global excitement. Behind the scenes a carefully planned cadence of trailer releases, digital experiences, social media community engagements and high-profile influencer activations ensured fans around the world knew they needed to see Kubo well before tickets went on sale.

We planned the social strategy, integrating it into a myriad of other marketing efforts, then helped concept and create social posts that leveraged the features of top social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat). Actively engaging with keystone audiences, we quickly grew an engaged fanbase who excitedly shared Kubo content, helping spread the magical world of Kubo to a global audience of movie goers. From pre-release buzz to driving pre-sale tickets, through hyping the Hollywood premier to helping sustain ticket sales throughout it’s theatrical run, Kubo And The Two Strings was one of the most complex yet entertaining projects we’ve had to date.
